I am Tiago. I build from scratch, end to end, what a business or a person needs to work better: AI agents and automations, websites and digital products with payments, knowledge and work management systems, financial decisions. Along with that, the psychology, design and marketing that make people actually use what was built.

Systems architecture, automations and agents that work under supervision: they read the state, propose, and a person approves before anything is written.
Done: a personal agent connected to a management system, automatic video distribution and ad creative generation.
From the site to the sale: pages, interactive tools, paid products and the infrastructure around them, light, fast and serverless when possible.
Done: the DLT Academy portal, six interactive tools and a paid product on Stripe and Cloudflare.
A knowledge base that connects, and a management system where the day, the week, the quarter and the projects follow the same cycle: plan, execute, review.
Done: my own system in Obsidian, with its own plugin, which I use every day, and its public version.
Personal and business financial decisions: hidden costs and fees, reserves and cash runway, risk, protecting wealth and investments, crypto included.

Positioning, guides written for search, affiliate campaigns, a funnel measured by link, and video production from script to edit.

How people decide, what makes them act and what drives them away, applied to products, interfaces, visual identity and communication.
Background: training in clinical and conversational hypnosis, behavior analysis, ACT and Adlerian psychology.
Work
A selection, with the links. I took each one from idea to launch: the research, the architecture, the code, the copy and the design.
A portal for financial decisions, with tools, guides, articles and protocols on a single domain, with no server and no build step. The tools run in the visitor’s browser, with no sign-up.
Each one settles a concrete decision in a few minutes, with no sign-up. In Portuguese, for the Brazilian audience.
The architecture of an open supersystem, from the kernel to the councils: the constitution, a working federation, a serverless forum on top of GitHub, and every documentation site on a single theme. It is my work as a founder, told in the other portfolio.
My second brain and my work management, in its own TypeScript plugin with tests: the Mission view on one screen, guided protocols for each part of the cycle, and an agent that proposes and never writes on its own. The first public version installs with one command.
A video bench that edits and renders vertical creatives from the terminal, with local voice and automatic transcription; an ad image generator for Telegram, Stories and Feed; and a layer that takes a finished video once and distributes it to each project’s accounts.
From Animal to Superintelligence, on language, consciousness and the power of symbols. I wrote, edited and published it in English and Portuguese, as ebook, paperback and hardcover, with Spanish and Chinese on the way and the audiobooks in preparation.
How I work
I use DFM, a method I created: the problem becomes small functions, each with what it must do and how it can fail, and each piece only goes in once it is proven.
What needs to happen, for whom, and what stands in the way today. Before any tool.
The system as functions and connections, with the risks of each in view and what is left out stated.
Piece by piece, with real tests and checks on each one. What does not pass does not go in.
Live, documented and in the hands of the people who will use it, with the reason behind each decision.
Experience
For more than a decade I have studied how people think and decide, and how systems work. On one side, I trained in clinical and conversational hypnosis and self-hypnosis, in behavior analysis and in scientific NLP, and studied social engineering, Alfred Adler’s psychology, Relational Frame Theory and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in depth. On the other, systems architecture, distributed and complex systems and cellular automata, the base of the method I use.
For three years I have worked while traveling the world. Every product I offer a client I first built for myself and use day to day: that is how I know what works.
